Appointments

To request a routine appointment:

• phone us on 028 9753 2217, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 9am.

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with. Please provide us with as much information as possible.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

Wednesday Mornings

Please note Wednesday mornings are for antenatal and postnatal check-ups, childhood immunisations and emergencies only and no choice of doctor is available.

You will require a pre booked appointment for antenatal check-ups and childhood immunisations.

There is an emergency doctor on daily to deal with emergencies and home visits. Home Visits should be phoned in before 10am. 

However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:

• by phone
• face to face at the surgery
• by text 

Appointments by phone or by text can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.

To cancel your appointment:

• phone us on 028 9753 2217 and speak with a receptionist. It is often easier to get through in the afternoons. 

If you need medical help evenings and weekends please follow the directions on our answer phone or call the Out of Hours Service on 028 9260 2204.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
