Important info*
You can only order REPEAT prescriptions online
Any item that you do not get regularly each month is NOT a repeat prescription and must be ordered via telephone. These requests will NOT be processed online.
Repeat Prescriptions
We offer a number of ways for patients on long-term medication to order a repeat prescription:
- By telephone - to 028 9753 2217 between 10:00 - 12:00.
- Online - follow the link at the top of this page to complete a simple one-off registration. After you register, you need to check your email to "activate" your registration. After logging in for the first time, you need to specify your repeat medications only the first time - after this the system will remember each time. Please note, the system doesn't link to the EMIS system we use in surgery, so if your medications/doses have changed, you need to change them the next time you order tablets.
- Allow 72 hours for prescription to be processed
